Occupational Standards
Occupational standards identify and group tasks associated with an occupation and describe the knowledge and skills that a worker must demonstrate to be considered competent in that occupation.
They are validated by the industry and enable the recognition of workers' knowledge and skills, and facilitate labour mobility across all Canadian sectors.
The Council has developed the following occupational standard:
